'Film and Scissors' is the creative label of artist and animator Tess Martin.

She is a member of SEAT, Seattle Experimental Animation Team, a group of artists intent on expanding awareness of alternative or non-mainstream animation. She is at work on her next back-lit paper cut-out film. Stay tuned for more info.
